RBT Candidate (40-Hour Training Completed)

Trevor’s Place is hiring RBT Candidates who are passionate about working with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

We are looking for individuals who have already completed the 40-hour RBT training and are ready to complete their competency assessment and certification process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism

  • Implement behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA

  • Collect data on client progress

  • Support skill development in communication, social skills, and daily living

  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Completion of the 40-hour RBT training

  • Passion for working with children with autism

  • Ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data

  • Reliable and professional

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Applicants can complete the FREE 40-hour RBT training online through the
Autism Partnership Foundation.

This course provides the required 40 hours of training needed before completing the competency assessment and RBT exam.
