Trevor’s Place is now accepting applications for our RBT Fieldwork Supervision Position — a structured and supportive opportunity for individuals enrolled in ABA coursework and seeking supervised experience under a BCBA.

Position Overview:

This full-time apprentice position provides qualified candidates with intensive supervision, mentorship, and hands-on experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), preparing them to become confident, competent professionals in the field.

Qualifications:

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be a Registered Behavior Technician in good standing with the BACB.

• Have completed at least 600 hours of restricted fieldwork under BCBA supervision.
  
   
• Be currently enrolled in a verified course sequence or an approved Master’s/Doctoral ABA program (if coursework is required).
   
• Be able to work a full-time schedule (8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday).
  
   
• Review and understand the Fieldwork Supervision Contract prior to the interview, and demonstrate comprehension during the interview process.
   
• Have no more than two semesters remaining in their academic program at the time of application.
